How to cook Honey dessert for tea

Step 1

Lightly grease heat-resistant glasses or bowls with oil. Remove the core from an apple (leave the peel), for apricots - pits.

Step 2

Cut the apple into large cubes, cut the apricots into quarters, removing the pits.

Step 3

Cut the zest from the orange into large thin slices, squeeze the juice.

Step 4

In a frying pan, lightly heat 2 tbsp. l. oil, put apples, apricots, zest and nuts, quickly fry over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, pour in tea, orange juice and honey, stir, bring to a boil, cook over high heat for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Divide the resulting mixture between oiled glasses (bowls) and let cool slightly before serving.
