How to cook Grilled brie with tomato chutney

Step 1

Soak dried apricots and raisins. Peel tomatoes, finely chop. Cut the peeled apple into cubes.

Step 2

Chop onion and garlic, fry in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and apple. Simmer 2 min.

Step 3

Add raisins and chopped dried apricots. Simmer for 2 more minutes. Season, remove from heat, cool.

Step 4

Brie cut into 4 parts, roll the pieces in flour mixed with zest, then in the egg, then in breadcrumbs. Roll the cheese a second time in the same way.

Step 5

Heat oil for deep fat to 190ºС and fry the cheese until golden brown. Serve hot with cold chutney.
