How to cook Fruit treat "Eve's Apple"
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2

In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix honey, urbech, carob, lemon juice, gradually adding water to get a thick, uniform sauce consistency. Add cinnamon and chia seeds. Mix.
Step 3

Cut the apple into two halves, remove the core (using a noisette or a regular teaspoon) and cut into neat slices without disturbing the order (as in the photo). Drizzle apple slices with freshly squeezed orange juice and reassemble into a "whole" fruit. Orange juice will not allow the apple to darken quickly and will additionally glue the slices.
Step 4

Garnish the "whole" apple with a sprig of mint. Pour the sauce into a gravy boat, sprinkle with pink pepper. Serve a treat to the table and enjoy the aroma, taste and benefits. Enjoy your meal!
