How to cook Fruit jelly
Step 1
Pour into a saucepan 3 tbsp. l. cold boiled water. Pour in gelatin and let it bloom. Then warm up for 40-45 seconds. over medium heat, without bringing to a boil until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour in the juice, add sugar to taste. Add liqueur and vanilla sugar, mix everything. Allow to cool and pour the gelatin mass into chilled molds, keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Before serving, decorate the jelly with whipped cream and nuts.
