Fresh vegetable salad with mozzarella

The first mention of a recipe using mozzarella dates back to the 16th century. Mozzarella is an Italian young cheese. The secret of its special taste is that the milk for mozzarella is never pasteurized. Today, it is impossible to imagine Italian cuisine without this delicate white cheese. Add some mozzarella to fresh vegetables and easily turn an ordinary salad into a chef's dish.
