Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 more minutes.

Pour in wine, bring to a boil. Add hot broth, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Cut the crust off the bread. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the bread until golden brown, 2 minutes each. from each side. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Add half of the cheese to the soup pot. Stir and immediately remove from heat. Pour soup into serving bowls. In each pot, put a piece of fried bread on top of the soup, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and put in the oven, heated to 200 ° C, or in the microwave - for 3 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Heat butter to room temperature. Mix butter with grated cheese in a bowl. Add milk, salt and paprika. Mix. Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a thin layer. Trim the uneven edges so that you get a large rectangle. Cut the dough into strips 10 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.
Step 6
Twist the strips into spirals. Put on a baking sheet, greased with oil, put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot with soup.
