How to cook French crepes with caramelized apples

Step 1

We are preparing the stuffing. Wash apples, peel and core, cut into small cubes. It is important that the apples are strong, otherwise they risk turning into porridge during heat treatment.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a frying pan (it is advisable to use melted butter), place the apples, pour out all the sugar, add the cinnamon, stir with a wooden spoon, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over a low-medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 3

After 10 minutes, remove the lid, transfer to a strong fire and "fry" the apples until caramel color.

Step 4

Cooking pancakes. Sift flour, add sugar, salt, mix with a whisk.

Step 5

Gradually pouring milk in a thin stream, mix the mixture with a mixer.

Step 6

Melt the butter, add it to the dough. We add eggs. Whisk until smooth.

Step 7

We fry pancakes in a pancake pan. The dough is spread in a very thin layer, so these pancakes are very thin.

Step 8

Stuff pancakes with caramelized apples and serve hot.
