Flamekesh vegetable

Flamequesh is a thin crispy flatbread with various fillings, a national Belgian dish. It is quite difficult to cook a real Flamekesh cake at home due to the lack of special equipment, you can use a ready-made tortilla.

How to cook Flamekesh vegetable

Step 1

Dry the tortilla in the oven. Prepare the Russian pesto sauce by blending all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.

Step 2

Wash all vegetables and cut into thin circles and slices. Brush the tortilla evenly with the tomato sauce. Arrange the vegetables on the tortilla, then the spinach leaves, sliced olives and whole capers.
