Step 1

Cut the chicken into small pieces across the grain.

Step 2

Cheese grate on a "medium" grater. Chop greens.

Step 3

Shake the egg with sour cream, add chicken meat, herbs, cheese. Bring to taste by adding salt and pepper.

Step 4

Put the filling on top of the bread and bake in the oven under the grill or fry in vegetable oil in a pan on both sides. Serve hot!

toast bread - 4 slices
boiled chicken meat - 100 g
cheese - 50 g
small chicken egg - 1 pc.
greens - to taste
salt, pepper - to taste
vegetable oil for frying
sour cream (yogurt) - 1 tbsp. l.
