Classic Shortbread Rolls
These rolls are quick and easy to make. They will give you something to treat your guests with for tea instead of regular cookies. If you don't like cinnamon, you can replace it with poppy seeds or mixed nuts. Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar before serving.
How to cook Classic Shortbread Rolls
Step 1
Mix flour, butter, salt, soda and grind into crumbs. Break the butter into pieces beforehand.
Step 2
Add kefir and knead the dough. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Step 3
Grease the dough with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 4
Roll up the roll, cut into small pieces 2 cm thick. Place them on parchment paper and put in the oven preheated to 200 °C for 20 minutes.
