Celery in walnut sauce

Step 1

1. Peel the top thin skin of the celery. Cut into small sticks. Peel and mince the garlic. 2. Put the celery in a bowl. Add star anise, black pepper and half the minced garlic. Pour rice vinegar, soy sauce, mix and let stand for 25 minutes. 3. Chop the nuts with a knife, mix with the remaining garlic and slightly beaten yolk. Transfer the celery to a salad bowl, season with the resulting sauce.

3 celery stalks
rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
3 black peppercorns
egg yolk
2 star anise
2.5 st. l. soy sauce
