Casserole with sour cream

How to cook Casserole with sour cream
Step 1

Pour semolina into a deep bowl. Add sour cream and mix well until smooth.

Grind the cottage cheese into a completely homogeneous mass. The mass should be soft and smooth, similar to cream.
Step 3

Prepare the curd-sour cream mixture. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the curd and sour cream with semolina. Add the raisins. The consistency of the mixture should be similar to that of muffin batter.
Step 4
