Pour semolina into a deep bowl. Add sour cream and mix well until smooth.
Grind the cottage cheese into a completely homogeneous mass. The mass should be soft and smooth, similar to cream.
Prepare the curd-sour cream mixture. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the curd and sour cream with semolina. Add the raisins. The consistency of the mixture should be similar to that of muffin batter.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the curd mass in it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dish with the curd mass in it and bake for 30 minutes until a golden crust forms on top.
