Casserole with cottage cheese and cherries

Step 1

Whisk the eggs. Add sugar, mix. Add cottage cheese, vanilla, mix. Add sour cream, semolina to the resulting mass. Add cherries without defrosting. Mix.

Step 2

Lubricate the refractory form with vegetable oil, put the curd mass. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

sugar 3 tbsp. l.
semolina 4 tbsp. l.
fresh frozen cherries 2 handfuls
vanillin 1.5 g
