How to cook "Boats" of cucumbers

Step 1

Wash cucumbers, cut off ends. Cut each cucumber in half lengthwise. With a teaspoon or knife, remove the core from the halves of the cucumbers, save.

Step 2

Wash greens, dry, chop. Peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop cucumber cores. Add everything to the curd and mix thoroughly. Salt, pepper to taste.

Step 3

Fill each half of the cucumber with the resulting curd mass. Top with thin radish slices, herring slices or thinly sliced ham.

Step 4

Tip: If the peel of cucumbers is very rough, it is better to remove it. Herring or ham can not be spread on top, but finely chopped and added to the curd mass, respectively, reducing the amount of other ingredients.
