Strawberry salad

Fruit salads are generally considered desserts. This dish, despite the fact that it contains strawberries, can be served at the beginning of dinner. All its components excite the appetite and leave a pleasant refreshing aftertaste.

Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • an Apple
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 8 strawberries
  • 0.5 small zucchini

Fruit salads are generally considered desserts. This dish, despite the fact that it contains strawberries, can be served at the beginning of dinner. All its components excite the appetite and leave a pleasant refreshing aftertaste. 1. Wash and dry zucchini, apple, cucumbers and strawberries. Cut zucchini and cucumber into large cubes. Cut the apple into 4 parts, remove the core and cut into the same cubes. Set aside 2 strawberries, cut the rest in half. 2. Mash the reserved berries with a crush or fork, mix with yogurt. Place all ingredients in a bowl, add yogurt and stir. Garnish with fresh strawberry leaves before serving.
