Shrimp fritters with herbs
Shrimp fritters taste like fish cakes. They can be served as an appetizer cold or hot with sauce.
Ingredients
Servings 1- large tiger prawns - 80 g
- fresh parsley - 3 g
- fresh cilantro - 3 g
- egg - 20 g (1/3 part of 1 pc.)
- flour - 3-5 g
- salt - to taste
- ground white pepper - to taste
- olive oil for frying
- sweet and sour sauce for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, finely chop, season with a mix of greens (parsley + cilantro), add a beaten egg, a little flour and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Form into pancakes and fry in olive oil. Use a little oil - just to grease the pan. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
