Sesame cookies
Ingredients
Servings 15- flour - 70 g
- butter - 60 g
- sugar - 120 g (you can brown sugar)
- egg - 1 pc.
- vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp or vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp
- sesame seeds - 160 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- sol - 0.5 h. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Beat softened butter with sugar. Then add the egg, vanilla and lemon juice and beat for 20-30 seconds. mixer.
Step 3
At low speed of the mixer, add flour in small portions.
Step 4
With a spatula, mix in all the sesame seeds (it can be fried in advance).
Step 5
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. On sheets of baking paper (required!) Spread cakes with a teaspoon at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other, since cookies can spread.
Step 6
Bake 8-15 minutes, depending on size. You need to make sure that they do not burn (you can turn over to the other side after 6 minutes). They are soft and sticky while hot, but then when they cool down they become crispy and unrealistically tasty.
