Salmon back with stewed potatoes

Ingredients

  • salmon, peeled 150 g
  • stewed potatoes 60 g
  • boiled potatoes 145 g
  • cream 33% 30 g
  • fresh rosemary 3 g
  • garlic 3 g
  • chicken egg 2 pcs.
  • green beans 20 g
  • spinach 1 g
  • radish slice 2 g
  • salt 2 g

Cooking

Step 1

Salt the salmon, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake at a temperature of 62 degrees for 12 minutes.

Step 2

Boiled potatoes cut into cubes, simmer in cream, add chopped garlic and a sprig of rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Put potatoes and cooked salmon on top of a plate.

Step 3

Garnish with a slice of radish, green beans and spinach leaves.
