Salad with cheese and avocado
Salads with avocados amaze with their variety: shrimp, chicken breast or even salmon fillet are added to them. The mild taste of avocado allows you to create the most unexpected combinations. This recipe is a successful demonstration of avocado and feta cheese mix.
Ingredients
Servings 3- 150 g of cheese
- 1 avocado
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch lettuce
- handful of pitted olives
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3 art. l. extra virgin olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
Cooking
Step 1
For dressing, mix lemon juice with olive oil. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, cut off the skin or scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
Step 2
Tear lettuce leaves, add avocado cut into small cubes to them. Then add cheese and cherry tomatoes cut into 2 parts, and then olives. Drizzle dressing over salad.
