Naval pasta with rack of lamb
Ingredients
Servings 1- shallot garlic - 10 g
- ground beef - 100 g
- bell pepper - 15 g
- pumpkins - 15 g
- fresh basil - 3 g
- tomato sauce - 40 g
- pasta - 50 g
- lamb rib - 1 piece
Cooking
Step 1
Fry the shallots in butter, add and fry the minced meat. Chop the pumpkin, herbs and bell pepper into small cubes. Fry with the addition of tomato sauce and fresh basil. Salt/pepper to taste.
Step 2
Boil pasta. Pound lamb rib, add salt/pepper. Wrap the minced meat in a square, bread and fry until crispy.
Step 3
Put on a plate, minced meat, pasta, rib. Decorate with basil.
