How to cook Redcurrant juice
Step 1

Mash the red currants with a wooden pestle or blender, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth or a sieve. Put the juice in the refrigerator.
Step 2

Pour cold water over the pulp, add sugar, put on the fire. After boiling, cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3

Strain the broth through a sieve, let it cool, then mix with the juice.
Step 4
Serve redcurrant juice chilled.
