Moroccan marinade for beef, lamb and seafood

Ingredients

Servings 6-10
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 st. l. ground cardamom
  • 1 Art. l. milled zira
  • 1.5 st. l. ground allspice
  • ​ 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 h. l. year
  • juice of half a lemon

Cooking

Step 1

Rub the garlic in a mortar with sugar or finely chop or grate on a fine grater. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Mix with prepared meat or seafood.
