Corn and semolina pie with pears

For home tea drinking, you can cook a simple and delicious corn-semolina pie with pears.

Ingredients

  • semolina 0.5 cup(s)
  • corn flour 0.5 cup(s)
  • sugar 0.5 cup(s)
  • kefir 1 cup(s)
  • baking soda 0.5 tsp
  • lemon juice 0.1 tsp
  • pears 3 pcs.
  • powdered sugar 1 tbsp
  • butter 10 g
  • mint
  • breadcrumbs 1 tbsp

Cooking

Step 1

Mix semolina, cornmeal and sugar.

Step 2

Add baking soda quenched with lemon juice.

Step 3

Then pour in kefir.

Step 4

Mix.

Step 5

Peel the pears, cut into 2 parts, remove the seed box. Make longitudinal cuts on the halves.

Step 6

Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the dough. Then put the pears on the dough, slightly drown them in the dough.

Step 7

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until cooked. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer.

Step 8
