Coffee Mocha
Some mocha recipes use cocoa powder, others use melted chocolate.
Try making strong coffee with this easy chocolate syrup recipe.
Ingredients
Servings 1- 100 ml freshly brewed espresso
- 30 ml chocolate syrup
- 30 ml milk
- whipped cream for decoration
- grated chocolate for decoration
Cooking
Step 1
Heat a heatproof glass for hot drinks and milk.
Step 2
Pour the syrup into the warmed glass, then the espresso and finally the hot milk. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
