Chocolate milkshake
A favorite childhood treat - milkshakes - can be a great breakfast for adults!
Ingredients
Servings 2- 300 ml milk
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 140 g vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- cocoa powder for sprinkling
Cooking
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces, pour over a little boiling milk and let it melt. Cool down.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding a handful of ice if desired. Pour into chilled tall glasses, sprinkle with cocoa powder through a strainer and serve with straws.
