Cherry in chocolate

Ingredients

Servings 10-12
  • 60 large cherries
  • dark rum
  • 200 g dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 100 ml of the heaviest cream

Cooking

Step 1

Prick each berry in 5-6 places with a toothpick and place in a bowl. Drizzle generously with dark rum, wrap in clingfilm, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Chop chocolate, mix with cream and melt in the microwave.

Step 3

Very carefully take each berry by the tail and dip in melted chocolate, then lay on a silicone mat. Let the chocolate harden completely and serve, not forgetting to warn that there is a bone inside the "candy".
