Cheesecakes with oatmeal (dietary)

Diet cheesecakes with oatmeal.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • egg - 1-2 pcs.
  • oat flakes (small or ground, Hercules) - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • sugar (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • dried fruits
  • flour (for rolling)
  • vanilla

Cooking

Step 1

Grind cottage cheese in a brander, add eggs, ground oatmeal (you can lightly fry them in a dry frying pan), raisins, salt, sugar and vanilla.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan, use a spoon or wet hands to collect the curd mass, roll in flour, form cheesecakes and put in a frying pan.

Step 3

Fry cheesecakes with oatmeal on both sides until golden brown.
