Buckwheat cookies

Fragrant and crispy buckwheat flour cookies. Not sweet, but tasty and healthy pastries.

Ingredients

  • buckwheat groats 200 g
  • poppy seeds 2 tbsp.
  • butter 85 g
  • sugar 80 g
  • yolk 1 pc.
  • vanillin 1 g
  • salt 1 pinch(s)
  • baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

First, we need to grind buckwheat into flour.

Step 2

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy.

Step 3

Add yolk and vanilla.

Step 4

Mix and add flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Step 6

We roll the sausage from the dough and cut the liver with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm with a knife.

Step 7

Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Step 8

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
