Black bread ice cream

This unusual refreshing ice cream, made without milk, cream and eggs, was Natasha Rostova's favorite cold dessert.

Ingredients

Servings 1 portion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 ml of cedar (vodka infused with pine nuts)
  • 30 g kvass wort
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 10 g strawberries
  • 10 g pine nuts
  • 0.5 st. l. whipped cream
  • 50 g Borodino bread
  • sugar

Cooking

Step 1

Bread cut into pieces, fry, pour boiling water. Insist 20 min. Then add must, cedar, lemon juice, sugar.

Step 2

Grind in a blender until smooth and freeze in a mold or ice cream machine. Put three scoops of ice cream into a bowl, garnish with whipped cream, strawberries, mint, caramel threads and pine nuts.
