Beshbarmak

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • 600 g homemade noodle dough
  • 600 g beef fillet
  • 8 very small potatoes
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1–2 tbsp. l. butter
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • parsley

Cooking

Step 1

Boil the meat whole and cut into portions. Peel potatoes and cook whole in the same broth.

Step 2

Roll out the dough for noodles thinly, cut into diamonds, boil in salted water until soft, remove and brush with butter.

Step 3

Put noodles, meat and potatoes in a deep plate, put thinly sliced onion on top, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot broth and mustard separately.
