How to cook Wedge Korma
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Grind cashew nuts in a blender and add to the onion along with cream, milk, salt, sugar and chol masala sauce. Boil for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, peas, carrots, beans, garam masala to the finished sauce. Mix everything and simmer until cooked. Decorate with greenery.
