Wedge Korma

Description

Wedge korma are vegetables stewed in a spicy sauce prepared according to all the laws of Indian cuisine. The dish is delicious both cold and hot. The main thing is not to save on ingredients from India.

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Grind cashew nuts in a blender and add to the onion along with cream, milk, salt, sugar and chol masala sauce. Boil for a few minutes.

Step 2

Add cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, peas, carrots, beans, garam masala to the finished sauce. Mix everything and simmer until cooked. Decorate with greenery.

10 g sunflower oil
50 g cashew nuts
30 g soy cream
30 ml soy milk
1 g of salt
1 g sugar
50 g chol masala sauce
30 g cauliflower
30 g broccoli
30 g champignons
15 g green peas
25 g of carrots
20 g green beans
2 g garam masala
3 g green
