Vitamin salad with broccoli and cauliflower

I recommend that you try a vitamin, vegetable and very tasty salad of broccoli, cauliflower with red currants, pumpkin seeds and raisins! All this splendor under dressing with the taste of cinnamon and soy sauce! The recipe is inspired by Italian cuisine with notes of the Russian soul!
How to cook Vitamin salad with broccoli and cauliflower
Step 1

Boil broccoli and cauliflower inflorescences in slightly salted water - 3 minutes, cool, put on a plate; Pour boiling water over raisins for 5 minutes;

Add slices of cucumber, radish and onion rings;

Step 4
