How to cook Vareniki with pumpkin
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and bake with vegetable oil in foil for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix flour, water, butter, salt (3 gr.) until smooth. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll out the dough into balls of 25 grams. Put the chopped baked pumpkin, add salt and sugar and fashion dumplings.
Step 3
Place dumplings in the freezer until the dough hardens. Boil dumplings for 2-3 minutes in salted water with the addition of vegetable oil. When serving, garnish with sliced pumpkin and soy sour cream.
