Tomato salad with octopus

Step 1

For the sauce, mix fresh juices, ground ginger, olive oil and garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, liquid sugar and salt.

Step 2

Tomatoes and avocados are peeled and cut into cubes (large tomatoes). Mix tomatoes and avocado, add octopus tentacles, artichokes and olives.

Step 3

Season salad with dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in a dish and garnish with basil leaves.

avocado - 50 g
boiled octopus tentacles - 50 g
basil - 5 g
citrus sauce - 30 g
canned artichokes - 25 g
Tajik olives - 7 g
grapefruit fresh - 340 ml
orange fresh - 340 ml
lemon fresh - 100 ml
ground ginger - 10 g
garlic oil - 30 ml
soy sauce - 110 ml
balsamic vinegar - 40 ml
liquid sugar - 2 ml
olive oil - 900 g
salt - 3 g
