How to cook Sandwiches with sprats, egg and pickled cucumbers
Step 1

Cut the egg into 2-3 mm thick slices.

Cut the cucumbers into slices.
Step 3

Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix finely chopped or pressed garlic and mayonnaise.
Step 4

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the bread slices for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Step 5

Spread the bread with mayonnaise sauce.
Step 6

Place eggs, cucumbers and sprats on top.
Step 7

Decorate the finished sandwiches with finely chopped fresh herbs.
