How to cook Red buckwheat

Step 1

Lightly fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Add buckwheat and fry, stirring, for a couple more minutes. Pour 2 cups of boiling water and cook buckwheat until tender.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add the finished boiled beets, grated on a fine grater, lemon juice.

Step 5

Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 6

Serve buckwheat sprinkled with pine nuts and herbs. An ideal addition to the dish can be a vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!!!
