Pork Lagman with Noodles

Cookinero 11 Apr 2025

Lagman came to us from Central Asia. This dish is seasonal, so it includes various vegetables: potatoes, radishes, carrots, beans, tomatoes, eggplants and much more. However, the main ingredient of lagman is round noodles, which, according to tradition, are pulled by hand. A large amount of meat broth makes the dish an excellent hearty soup. It can also be prepared as noodles with gravy. Our recipe is a first course.
