Pasta with cauliflower, raisins and pine nuts

How to cook Pasta with cauliflower, raisins and pine nuts

Step 1

Finely chop the onion, parsley, disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences.

Step 2

Soak saffron in 4 tbsp. boiling water.

Step 3

In a saucepan, heat half the oil, simmer the onion for 12-15 minutes. Shift. Boil cabbage for 5 minutes. Boil pasta according to instructions.

Step 4

Heat the remaining oil in a saucepan and fry the cabbage for 2 minutes. Add raisins, saffron water and simmer covered for a couple of minutes. Add pasta with onions. Stir in pine nuts and parsley.

Step 5

Sprinkle with grated parmesan when serving. Enjoy your meal!
