How to cook Olivier with rapans
Step 1
Boiled potatoes, fresh and pickled cucumber, carrot cut into cubes. Finely chop half an egg.
Step 2
Leave the rapana for a day in a marinade of soy sauce and finely chopped garlic. Then fry in a pan and cut into thin slices.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients with homemade mayonnaise, sour cream and add a little lemon juice. Salt and mix well with finely chopped dill. Put on a plate, garnish with green onions, put a slice of lemon next to it.
