Meat rolls with vegetables
Meat and potatoes are a perfect combination. Instead of the usual cutlets, we offer you meat rolls with vegetables and champignons. To make the rolls easy to roll, beat the meat into a thin layer. For a side dish, you can prepare fried potatoes with herbs.
How to cook Meat rolls with vegetables
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add salt and pepper at the end.
Step 2
Place vegetables on a piece of meat, roll it up and secure with a skewer. Place the finished rolls on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and garlic into a saucepan. Cook the sauce for 4-5 minutes over low heat until thickened, stir a couple of times. Pour the prepared sauce over the fried rolls.
Step 4
Prepare the side dish. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the potatoes for 7-10 minutes until done in a separate frying pan, sprinkle with seasoning and add salt.
