Marinated calamari

If you have the right marinade for squid, seafood can be grilled and fried in a pan - it will be delicious in any case. Serve them better with bread and finely chopped spicy greens.
How to cook Marinated calamari
Step 1
Rinse the squids, removing the films, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the carcass on one side to get a large flat piece of pulp. Turn inside down and make diagonal cuts crosswise. Cut the carcasses lengthwise into two parts.
Step 2
Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, tomato paste, spices, olive oil and soy sauce.
Step 3
Add squid and stir. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 4
Fry squids on the grill for 1-2 minutes or in a hot frying pan until tender, 3 minutes.
