If you have the right marinade for squid, seafood can be grilled and fried in a pan - it will be delicious in any case. Serve them better with bread and finely chopped spicy greens.
Rinse the squids, removing the films, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the carcass on one side to get a large flat piece of pulp. Turn inside down and make diagonal cuts crosswise. Cut the carcasses lengthwise into two parts.
Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, tomato paste, spices, olive oil and soy sauce.
Add squid and stir. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Fry squids on the grill for 1-2 minutes or in a hot frying pan until tender, 3 minutes.
