How to cook Ice fish in oatmeal
Step 1
Wash the fish thoroughly; make an incision along the abdomen and remove the insides. Place on a cutting board, back down, and use a sharp knife to remove the spine. Cut out the gills with scissors. Turn the fish upside down and press the back with your fingers. Sprinkle the fish spread in this way on both sides with lemon juice. Salt, pepper.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Roll each fish in oatmeal. Fry for 4-5 minutes. on each side until golden brown.
