Homemade cottage cheese casserole with raisins

Cottage cheese casserole is a simple and favorite dish. If you follow the recipe, the casserole turns out delicious, tender and healthy. And the cottage cheese used in the casserole is rich in protein and calcium. Try adding your favorite dried fruits, candied fruits or even fresh berries to the dish and discover new flavors of the familiar cottage cheese casserole from childhood!
How to cook Homemade cottage cheese casserole with raisins
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks and put them in the refrigerator.
Step 2

Add the yolks to the cottage cheese and mix.
Step 3

Add milk and stir the curd mixture again.
Step 4

Add plain and vanilla sugar, starch and mix again. Mix raisins, candied fruits and your favorite dried fruits into the curd mass.
Step 5

Take the whites out of the refrigerator and beat them until stiff. Add the whites to the curd mass and mix gently so that the whites do not fall.
Step 6
Grease a baking pan with butter. I use a square pan 22x22 cm. Put the curd mass into the pan.
Step 7

Place the casserole in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 60 minutes until golden brown.
