Festive crescents
Delicate crescents with spicy nut filling and dried fruits. Holidays for friends and family. You can't buy this anywhere.
How to cook Festive crescents
Step 1
Grind the butter with sugar, add the egg, yogurt, salt, baking powder, knead everything thoroughly. Add flour. Knead a non-sticky dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add flour. Prepare the filling: remove the pits from the dates, place in a chopper, add raisins, nuts. Punch until a homogeneous mass. Add cinnamon. Mix with a spoon. The filling is ready.
Step 2
Divide the dough into balls slightly smaller than a tennis ball. Roll out a neat oval. Put the filling in the center, mold and give the product the shape of a crescent. You have to try to be careful.
Step 3
Lay non-stick baking paper on a baking sheet. Put the crescents and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until lightly browned. Products must be light. Don't blush too hard. Sprinkle the finished crescents generously with powdered sugar.
