How to cook Fajitas with beef

Step 1

Wash sweet pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and stalk, cut into strips. Peel one onion, cut into half rings. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add prepared vegetables, sauté for 3 minutes, put on a plate, set aside.

Step 2

Cut the tenderloin into thin sticks. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, add the meat, fry until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add browned vegetables and Fajita seasoning, mix, remove from heat. Keep warm until serving.

Step 3

Wash tomatoes, cut, remove seeds, cut into cubes. Peel the remaining onion, cut into small cubes. Rinse lettuce leaves under running cold water, dry with a paper towel, disassemble into thin stems. Grate the cheese.

Step 4

Lay fresh vegetables in a neat slide in a small plate, sprinkle with cheese, pour over Salsa sauce and sour cream.

Step 5

Warm the wheat cakes quickly in a dry frying pan. Put warm meat with vegetables on hot cakes. Serve with salad.
