Cut the eggplant lengthwise into strips 0.5 cm thick, salt and fry on both sides. Crush the garlic, cut the tomatoes into circles. Lubricate the strips of eggplant with mayonnaise, put a circle of tomato and a little garlic on top, wrap in the form of a roll. Put an olive and a cube of cheese on a skewer. Pierce the roll with a skewer and serve.

pitted olives
300 g eggplant
tomato - 2 pcs
1 st. l. mayonnaise
