Egg, sugar and gluten free cheesecakes

Syrniki without eggs, sugar and gluten is a balm for the soul of all supporters of proper nutrition who try to combine the useful with the pleasant, that is, with the tasty. By the way, this goal is quite achievable! Take at least our recipe: cheesecakes are prepared without eggs, sugar and gluten, but at the same time they turn out to be simply delicious. And how, you ask, in this case, do without eggs? Yes, it’s very simple: bananas have a similar, binding property, which we use in the cooking process. Instead of ordinary wheat flour, chickpea flour is added to the cheese cake dough, which creates the necessary density and saturates the dish with a high protein content.
How to cook Egg, sugar and gluten free cheesecakes
Step 1
Prepare the cheesecake dough ingredients. Wash and peel the banana. Break into pieces and put in a bowl. Mash with a fork or masher until a puree-like mass is obtained.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese to the bowl with the banana. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Salt a little. Stir again. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. flour. Stir. The cheesecake dough is ready.
Step 3
The remaining 3 spoons will go for breading. Spread the mass into the flour with a tablespoon, carefully roll it, forming a cheesecake and put it on a preheated pan with butter. Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Transfer the cheesecakes to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
