Ingredients: 3 hard boiled eggs; 2 tbsp. l. homemade mayonnaise; 4 slices of wheat bread for toasting; 40 g butter; corn salad for serving; salt

How to cook Egg sandwich

Step 1

Peel the eggs and chop finely. Mix with mayonnaise and salt.

Step 2

Dry the bread a little in a toaster or in a dry frying pan. Brush all slices of bread with butter on one side.

Step 3

On two pieces (on the oil side), put the egg mixture, spread it. Add salad. Cover with remaining bread (butter side down). Press down a little and serve.
